This was my first session of the New Year, and it couldn’t have been better! These two were a dream to work with, despite our very last minute booking with one evening to pull everything together. I’m so happy we made it happen! We started off at Big City Coffee in downtown Boise- one of Kayla and Kirby’s favorite places to relax and spend time together. The atmosphere is the perfect local coffee shop vibe 🙂 Afterwards, we headed outside to brave the cold winter afternoon (with a few breaks in between shooting to warm our frozen fingers). I’ve been loving the unexpected color and beauty of Winter in Idaho- it’s so refreshing to photograph during a time of year most wouldn’t consider ideal, yet still be able produce unique and romantic images for a fantastic couple 🙂
